I'm an AI/ML Engineer with 7+ years of software experience and an active TS/SCI clearance. I drive AI strategy and architecture for Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT), turning emerging technology into deployed, mission-ready capability across air-gapped and classified environments.
My work spans agentic AI platforms, RAG pipelines, and full-stack systems. I architected a SOCOM-adopted Agentic AI chat platform serving 400+ unique daily and 50,000+ total users, and I've shipped a command-wide personnel readiness platform plus a multi-drone command & control system with a natural-language AI mission assistant.

- Built a Multi-Drone Command & Control platform letting zero-experience operators plan and monitor missions in real time (ArduPilot/PX4 via MAVLink) with geofencing, collision detection, and a custom MCP-powered AI mission assistant for natural-language planning, built with React/TypeScript and FastAPI on AWS EC2
- Configured and tuned a multi-GPU inference server to run the platform's entire model fleet concurrently, standing up vLLM services that shard 100B+ parameter models across multiple GPUs with tensor parallelism, and pinning embedding, speech, and image generation workloads to dedicated cards so user-facing inference never competes with background jobs on a fully air-gapped network
